    • Local Deliveries: Typically, our local deliveries take 3 business days.

    • International Deliveries: For international shipments, please allow 15 business days for your order to arrive.

  4. Delivery Charges: We offer free shipping for orders exceeding a certain amount. For orders below this threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee will apply. Please note that additional fees may apply for expedited shipping or international deliveries.

For Services:

  1. Payment Confirmation: Upon receiving payment for our services, we will promptly send you a confirmation through your preferred method, which can include email, SMS, or mail. Please specify your preferred method during the payment process.

  2. Confirmation Timeframe: You can expect to receive your payment confirmation within 24 hours/ 1 day from the time we receive your payment.

  3. Service Locations: Our services are available at ACICO Business Park. Please check with us for the specific service locations applicable to your request.

 

Multiple Shipments/Orders/Bookings:​

  • Shipping Process: For multiple shipments, we will utilize our trusted courier services, ensuring your items reach you safely.

  • Delivery Timeframe:

    • Local Deliveries: Multiple shipments within the local area will follow the same local delivery timeframe mentioned above.

    • International Deliveries: Please allow additional time for multiple international shipments.

  • Delivery Charges: Shipping charges for multiple shipments may vary based on the number of shipments and their destinations. Please contact our customer support for details.

Important Note:

  • In our Delivery Policy, customers have the right to request disputes or chargebacks within 36 months from the date of purchase.

  • We recommend keeping proof of delivery receipts signed and/or received by you as a customer to expedite any potential dispute resolution.
